Obsidian Dynamics is run by an engineer with more than 20 years of experience across industrial measurement and technical support, including international technical support. Your enquiry is read and answered by the same person who will work on it.
That experience includes previous work within ISO/IEC 17025 UKAS-accredited environments. Obsidian Dynamics itself is not UKAS-accredited, and is not a calibration laboratory or an inspection contractor.
